When the pandemic took its hold on the country, we needed to ensure that we could continue to offer
treatment and support to our patients. We began screening all staff and essential visitors to our
facilities using a small simple handheld infrared thermometer. This was not a good option as these
devices required our screening staff to have to get close to anyone coming into the facility which
presented risk. We then decided to purchase the Temperature Detect devices from MRKT-IT so that we
could measure the temperature of all staff and visitors safely and without unnecessary staff
exposure. These devices have now been in operation at our facilities for months and have worked
consistently without any issue. We are thankful to Mike who made the purchase and set-up of these devices easy and quick.
